Our low average loan life of c.4 years means that on average, 25% of the portfolio gets repaid every year allowing us to adapt the portfolio to achieve the best outcomes and keep up to date with the current infrastructure trends.

We maintain the quality of our portfolio through the careful composition of how and where we lend, while ensuring that we are never too exposed to one single area.
