We are specialists in infrastructure debt. We focus on the critical infrastructure that drives economic activity, including transport, transportation equipment, utilities, power, renewable energy, accommodation and telecommunications.
We fill the gap between the capital that traditional lenders can provide and the complex requirements of many infrastructure projects. By looking at the underlying characteristics of a project’s assets and cash flows, we can provide debt at a yield that works both for us and for the borrower.
We operate in mature, investment grade rated jurisdictions including UK, Western Europe, North America, Australia and New Zealand.
We reduce portfolio risk by limiting how much we lend to a single sub-sector or geography, ensuring the portfolio remains diverse, with no single investment ever representing more than 10% of the portfolio.

We are advised by SIMCo (Sequoia Investment Management Company), a long-standing investment advisory team with extensive infrastructure and private credit markets experience. SIMCo has managed SEQI since its launch in 2015, deploying funds from a series of successful capital raises.
We are the only London-listed fund investing exclusively in infrastructure debt, and a member constituent of the FTSE 250 Index of the London Stock Exchange (SEQI.L).
